Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Plcmnt platform operated by Plcmnt Pty Ltd (ABN {{ABN}}).

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Services

Plcmnt connects students, aged care facilities, and registered training organisations to facilitate clinical and work placements. We facilitate payments but are not a party to the placement agreement between students and facilities.

4. Payments and fees

Payment must be made online through the portal for every placement prior to confirmation. Fees are displayed at checkout before you confirm. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Refunds are governed by the facility's cancellation policy displayed on each placement listing. Facilities use the platform at no charge.

5. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to misuse the platform, including by submitting false information, interfering with the security of the platform, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plcmnt is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings.
